Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep forms secure, measure website traffic, and understand which marketing works. These may include:
- Essential cookies that make our website, forms, checkout, and members area work.
- Analytics tools that tell us how visitors use our site, such as which pages are visited and how visitors find us.
- Advertising and remarketing pixels from social media and search advertising platforms that help us show ads to people who visited our site and measure ad results.
- Embedded content such as YouTube videos, which may set their own cookies when you play them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly. You can also opt out of interest-based ads through your device settings, Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), Meta's ad preferences, or the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info). Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box (or text a keyword to us), you agree to receive text messages from WatsonPowers (Watson Powers Coaching LLC) at that number. Messages may include appointment and coaching-call confirmations and reminders, event registration and event updates, replies to your inquiries, account notices, and, if you opt in to marketing messages, promotional messages such as event invitations and coaching offers.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy anything from us or use our Services.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- SMS terms: See our Terms and Conditions at https://watsonpowers.com/terms-and-conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us send messages (such as our messaging platform and telecom carriers), and only to deliver the messages you asked for.
Email Marketing and Unsubscribing
If you give us your email address (for example, when you book a consultation, register for an event, download a resource, or buy from us), we may send you newsletters, event announcements, coaching tips, and offers. Every marketing email includes an "unsubscribe" link. You can also email [email protected] to opt out. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you transactional messages, such as receipts, appointment confirmations, event logistics, and account notices.
Payment Processing
Payments for coaching, events, and other products are processed by third-party payment processors through secure checkout pages. Your card information is handled by the processor under its own privacy policy and security standards (such as PCI-DSS). We receive limited information such as your name, billing details, the last four digits of your card, and transaction status.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our Services, maintain your account, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. How long we keep information depends on the type of information and why we have it. For example, we keep transaction and billing records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and we keep coaching and account information while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) pages, password-protected accounts, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your member password confidential and let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Your Privacy Rights
All users
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP), and update your account details at any time.
U.S. state privacy rights (including California)
Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws), and to the extent those laws apply to us, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and receive a copy of it;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the "sale" of personal information, "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and targeted advertising (we do not sell personal information);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information);
- Appeal our decision on your request; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
In the last 12 months, the categories of personal information we have collected are: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); customer records (billing information); commercial information (purchases and event registrations); internet activity (website usage); professional information (business and production details you share); and inferences drawn from these. We collect them from the sources and use them for the purposes described above.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" or call +1 (888) 852-6224. We will verify your identity before responding and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal."

If you are located outside the United States (for example, in Canada, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom), your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where data protection laws in your region apply, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business, your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), and compliance with legal obligations. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are designed for adult real estate professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website and members area may link to third-party websites and services, such as our social media pages, YouTube, and "Trusted Partner" sites (for example, BulletProof Real Estate Agent, Vulcan 7, and USPACE). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
